Callahan’s Karate, the longest running martial arts studio in Bedford, Massachusetts, has been teaching karate to youth, teens, and adults for over twenty-five years. This successful award-winning local business looked to Squarespace to update their site that was formerly built on WordPress. Moving forward their goals were to easily maintain their site, have full width imagery and incorporation of their YouTube videos, and publish monthly blogs pertaining to events going on at the studio.
Goals FOR THE NEW SITE INCLUDED:
have full width images and video backgrounds
make the user experience visual, unique and “on brand”
connect to their social media platforms
an overall site that is easy to the eye, not cluttered, and one they can control and add to anytime on the backend easily
have a site that is mobile responsive and not reliable on plug ins!
